Lily Sperry is a marketing and brand strategist specializing in editorial development and intentional brand building. She’s helped shape the stories and content ecosystems behind brands like Sakara Life, Glossier, Nectar, and CouCou Intimates — bringing a thoughtful, human-first approach to every project.

Lily began her career inside some of America’s largest publishers (People Inc., Forbes), developing the editorial rigor and audience intuition that continue to anchor her work today. She later refined her direct-response and digital strategy skills at Allconnected Agency, crafting high-performing copy for leaders in the self-development space.

Outside of client work, Lily runs Health Gossip, a Substack bestseller exploring how we relate to wellness today.  She has been featured in New York Magazine, i-D, and the Stargirl Podcast.
